Short version: this is a membership and billing surface, so it holds identity and money data — and we keep them apart. The payer sees the finances; a ward's private content stays the ward's. We collect the least we can, keep it in India, and never advertise here.
01 What we hold
Who is in the household (guardians, wards, the payer), the membership and its bands, and the billing record — invoices, mandates, payment methods, the ledger to the paisa. We hold this to run the membership and the bill, and for no other reason.
02 Payer scope versus family scope
The payer who funds the home sees the finances — what is owed, what is paid, the upcoming debits. The payer does not see a ward's private study content. Money and content are scoped apart by design, not by a promise in a paragraph.
03 Where it lives, and leaving
Billing and identity data is stored in India. You can export your statements and your record, and you can delete the account for real — deletion means deleted. There is no charge to export or to leave.
04 What we never do here
We never advertise on a billing surface. We never sell or share your financial data. We never debit you for something you could not have seen coming on the payment-health view first.
