Terms

Plain-language membership terms · 2026-06-18
These terms are written to be read. If anything here is unclear, that is our problem to fix, not yours to decode. They cover the membership, the mandate, grace, refunds and cancellation.

01  The membership

A membership is one plan for a household or an institution, on a flat price or a configured bundle. Buying it opens up the surfaces it covers in place. The surfaces themselves stay their own properties under their own terms; this membership governs the plan and the bill.

02  Mandates and renewal

A standing UPI mandate is optional. If you set one, you can pause or modify it at any time; if you do not, you renew by hand and we remind you before the plan lapses. Either way, an upcoming debit is shown before it happens.

03  Grace, refunds and overlaps

A failed debit is met with a grace window and an honest retry, not an instant lockout. An institutional bill may be paid in parts. If the membership covers something you already pay à la carte, the duplicate is credited back to you.

04  Cancellation

You can cancel in one screen, any time, with no maze and no chase. An honest pause is offered if you need a break rather than an ending. We tell you plainly what a cancel or a pause does to your access and your next debit.
